## Why FCG Systems exists

FCG Systems exists because we kept seeing the same thing inside online education businesses: plenty of sales volume and, behind it, manual work, tools that don’t talk to each other and data nobody trusts. Hiring a full in-house tech department doesn’t always add up. Stringing freelancers together doesn’t fix it either.

We work as a technology partner, not an hours vendor. Whoever takes your first call is the one who designs your system, with no middlemen. If a project needs another specialist, you know and approve it before signing.

Every system is documented and held in your company’s name, so it doesn’t depend on any one person to keep running, including us.

## Who’s behind it

Gabriel Florencio Calvo founded FCG Systems after going from setter to the technical team of one of the largest Spanish-speaking education businesses. He has been in sales and in tech at the same business, and works with clients in Madrid, Barcelona, Andorra and Dubai.

Three kinds of relationship, depending on where your business is.

### Rules we don’t bend

- **One real number:** Every critical piece of data has one primary system. Everything else reads from it, so the CRM, the payment gateway and the bank stop telling you different things.
- **No duplicates:** When a process is retried, it doesn’t duplicate leads, payments or access, wherever the platform allows it.
- **Failure alerts:** A critical process without logs isn’t finished. When something fails, you need to know when, where and why, before your team notices.
- **Backups:** If data can’t be rebuilt, it needs a backup. And a backup that has never been restored doesn’t count.
- **Keys kept safe:** Passwords live in a credential manager, never in documents, Notion pages or chat.
- **Nothing live untested:** No change reaches your business without validation first. Small changes included.

## How we make decisions

- **Understand before selling:** We start with how the business works, then decide what technology it needs. Never the other way round.
- **Simple systems:** Technical complexity stays under the hood. Your team gets something simple to use and to maintain.
