So your business doesn’t stop the day something goes down.

Servers, deployments, backups and alerts so your operation stays up and stays yours.

Deployments. The status of every deployment, with alerts and backups so nothing goes down unnoticed. Illustrative data

Your CRM, your academy and your automations run on some server. Too often it was set up by someone who has since left, with no tested backups and no documentation. It works until launch day, which is exactly when it can’t fail.

We set up and look after the technical base of your systems: servers, databases, domains and deployments. With backups that actually restore, access in your name and alerts that reach you before a student or a sales rep notices.

What we usually hear before we start. Two or three of these are already worth a look.

  • Nobody knows what runs on each server
  • Backups exist, but nobody has ever restored one
  • Touching anything in production feels risky
  • Passwords get shared over chat
  • You hear about downtime from your students
  • Whoever built the setup is no longer around

  • Servers and hosting

Setup and hardening of the servers where your CRM, academy and automations live.

  • Deployments without scares

Every change goes live in a repeatable way and can be rolled back if something goes wrong.

  • Domains and certificates

Your domains, SSL and subdomains in order and in your name, with no surprise expiries.

  • Database

Lead, student and payment data with permissions, maintenance and automated backups.

  • Backup and restore

Off-server copies and restores that have been tested, not just scheduled.

  • Alerts

A warning when a service drops, a disk fills up or something critical fails, before your team notices.

  • Access and credentials

Each person with the minimum access they need and keys in a password manager, never in a chat.

  1. Inventory

What runs on each server, who has access, where the domains are and what would break if something goes down.

  2. Design

Environments, database, backups and alerts designed for your operation, with everything in your company’s name.

  3. Setup and migration

Versioned servers and deployments, and a move of what already runs without stopping your sales or your classes.

  4. Restore test

We restore a real backup and simulate an outage to check that everything comes back.

  5. Documentation and handover

Access sorted out, how it’s deployed and what to do if something fails, written so it depends on nobody.

  6. Monitoring

Alerts that reach you before your students do, backup checks and updates.

  • Documented infrastructure, in your name
  • Repeatable, reversible deployments
  • Automated backups with tested restores
  • Downtime and error alerts
  • Inventory of access and credentials
  • What to do if something goes down, in writing

Duration: weeks
  • Calm launches

Your systems handle the peak and problems are caught before a customer feels them.

  • Recovery

If something breaks, there’s a backup and a documented way back, without losing leads or students.

  • Ownership

Everything is documented and in your name. It doesn’t rely on one person’s memory or on a vendor.

Another question?

Tell us your case in two lines and we will answer with an honest recommendation, including when it does not pay off.

Request an infrastructure review
Can I keep my current setup or does everything have to be migrated?

We review it first: what runs, who has access, which backups exist and what isn’t documented. Then we stabilise it before changing anything. We only suggest migrating when it’s a real risk to your operation.

What happens if something goes down mid-launch?

That’s why alerts and backups are prepared beforehand. Response times are set in writing by priority: a critical system being down isn’t handled like a feature request. And there’s a written procedure so your team knows what to do meanwhile.

Will I be locked in to you?

No. Servers, domains, accounts and keys stay in your name and the infrastructure is documented. Your team can run it, another provider can, or we can. If we stop working together, you revoke our access and nothing breaks.

How much does it cost?

The setup is quoted at a fixed price by scope before we start, and monthly operation is a fixed fee. It usually costs less than cloud services nobody reviews and a full day of downtime with no sales.

Tell us how you sell today and what is holding you back. We’ll reply with a first assessment of the problem and, if it’s a fit, set up a diagnostic call.
