A launch that holds up, with numbers you can trust.

Capture, tracking, assignment to your sales team and WhatsApp ready for thousands of sign-ups.

Peak load. The infrastructure holds through the cart-opening peak, with no outages or bottlenecks. Illustrative data

A launch packs into a few days what other businesses see over months: thousands of sign-ups from YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, ads and email, WhatsApp groups filling up, setters and closers waiting for leads and you asking for numbers every hour.

We build or reinforce what carries that peak: capture and tracking by source, leads deduplicated before they’re assigned, routing to your sales team, community distribution and real-time numbers. Tested under load before registrations open, not during.

What we usually hear before we start. Two or three of these are already worth a look.

  • WhatsApp groups filling up mid-campaign
  • Duplicate leads called by two different reps
  • You only learn which source sells after it’s over
  • Setters and closers get leads late or without context
  • The launch dashboard is a spreadsheet
  • Every launch is rebuilt from scratch

  • Capture and sign-ups

Forms and pages connected to a database built to handle traffic peaks.

  • Attribution by source

Every sign-up arrives with its origin: channel, campaign, ad and affiliate. You know which spend sells.

  • Leads without duplicates

Clean records before they reach the CRM and before they’re assigned.

  • Routing to setters and closers

Every lead with one owner, by rules and workload, visible to the whole team.

  • WhatsApp and communities

Distribution across groups with capacity checks, so no sign-up lands in a full group.

  • Webinars and admissions

Reminders, attendance and admissions connected to the CRM.

  • Real-time numbers

Sign-ups, attendance, calls and sales by source while the launch is live.

  1. How you capture and sell today

Traffic sources, forms, CRM, assignment to setters and closers, WhatsApp and how you measure the launch.

  2. Designing for the peak

What has to hold, how each lead is assigned and which numbers you need to see while the launch is still open.

  3. Build

Capture and tracking by source, deduplication, sales assignment and community distribution.

  4. Load test

We simulate mass sign-ups before opening: duplicates, peaks, full groups and assignment.

  5. Support during the launch

We stay on call through the key days to fix incidents and adjust while you sell.

  6. After the launch

We review which source sold and what failed, and leave the base ready for the next one.

  • Technical launch plan
  • Tracking and attribution by source
  • Deduplication and sales routing
  • WhatsApp community distribution
  • Real-time dashboard
  • Load testing before you open
  • Technical support on the critical days

  • Fewer lost sign-ups

The system is ready for the peak before it arrives, not patched live.

  • Sales with context

Every setter and closer gets clean leads, on time, with their source attached.

  • Mid-campaign decisions

You see which sources work while you can still move budget.

Prepare your next launch
How far ahead should we start?

The earlier the better: several weeks is sensible, so the system is built and load-tested before registrations open. If the launch is close, we prioritise what’s critical: tracking, deduplication and sales routing.

Can I keep the tools I already use?

Yes. We usually reinforce what already works and connect what’s missing. We only suggest replacing a tool if it’s a real risk to the launch.

What do you do about WhatsApp groups filling up?

A single link checks each group’s capacity and spreads traffic across several destinations. It’s CommunityRedirect, our own product, built to solve exactly this problem.

And if something fails during the launch?

There’s support on the critical days, within what the project defines: before we start we agree support windows and priorities in writing. And because the system is load-tested beforehand, surprises are the exception.

What stays after the launch?

Everything stays in your name and documented, ready for the next launch. It isn’t rebuilt from zero each time.

Tell us how you sell today and what is holding you back. We’ll reply with a first assessment of the problem and, if it’s a fit, set up a diagnostic call.
