Get the technical burden off your plate without building a department.

Your external tech team: maintenance, incidents and new systems with defined monthly capacity.

Roadmap. A quarterly technical roadmap, prioritised by impact on your business. Illustrative data

Your business already sells and already needs someone who understands all of its technology, but hiring a CTO and two developers doesn’t add up yet. Meanwhile the technical side keeps getting pushed back and each vendor only sees their own piece.

We become your external tech team: maintaining what exists, handling incidents, building what comes next and coordinating your other vendors. With explicit monthly capacity and a prioritised roadmap, not a vague promise of “whatever you need”.

What we usually hear before we start. Two or three of these are already worth a look.

  • Each vendor only knows their part of the system
  • Incidents wait until someone has time
  • Nobody owns the technical roadmap
  • Hiring an in-house team doesn’t add up yet
  • Projects end and nobody maintains them
  • The freelancer who built it no longer replies

  1. Founders who are the bottleneck

Everything goes through you, technical side included. With a partner you stop firefighting and focus on selling and on your product.

  2. A solo CTO or technical lead

Someone already carrying a lot who needs extra capacity, an outside view and documentation that doesn’t depend on anyone.

  3. CMO or head of acquisition

Tracking, attribution and acquisition tools looked after continuously, without waiting for someone to have time.

  4. Agencies with education clients

A technical partner to delegate what your team can’t cover.

  • Maintenance

Updates, error reviews and fixes before they reach your students or your sales team.

  • Incidents

When something breaks, someone answers. Triaged by priority, with response times defined in your plan.

  • Ongoing development

New automations, improvements and features within your monthly capacity.

  • Roadmap

Regular reviews of technical priorities against what the business needs.

  • Servers and backups

The technical base under continuous care: servers, backups and alerts.

  • Vendor coordination

One technical point of contact between your team, your agencies and your tools.

  • Launch support

Extra technical attention when the business is under the most load.

  1. Initial diagnosis

We review your systems, your vendors and what today depends on you or on a single person.

  2. Capacity and priorities

We agree the monthly capacity and a roadmap ranked by business impact.

  3. Handover and order

We document access, flows and owners so what exists stops being a mystery.

  4. Monthly delivery

We maintain what exists, handle incidents and build what comes next within the agreed capacity.

  5. Regular review

We go over with you what was done, what’s next and what to adjust in the priorities.

  • Defined monthly capacity, in writing
  • Prioritised technical roadmap
  • Priority-based incident handling
  • Monthly work and status report
  • Documentation kept up to date
  • Quarterly architecture review

Knowledge of your systems doesn’t leave when a project ends or when a person leaves.

  • Focus

Each month goes to what has the most business impact, not what makes the most noise.

  • Predictability

A known monthly cost and explicit capacity, with no surprises and no ballooning hours.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

A freelancer usually executes tasks and, if they leave, takes the knowledge with them. We take on the whole system: architecture, priorities, maintenance and documentation. Everything is in your name and written down, so you don’t depend on one person.

And from a development agency?

Monthly capacity is defined in writing and incidents are handled by priority, with no queues of weeks. We also understand how an education business sells: you don’t need to explain what a setter or a launch is.

What does each plan include and what does it cost?

Core covers maintenance and small improvements. Growth adds ongoing development and new systems. Scale is a full technology partnership. It’s a fixed monthly fee and each plan’s capacity is defined in writing before we start.

What about requests outside the agreed scope?

They’re logged, estimated and approved before any work starts. That keeps monthly capacity on what matters instead of leaking into untracked small changes.

Can I leave whenever I want?

Yes. Code, servers and accounts are in your name and documented. If we stop working together, you revoke our access and hand over to whoever you choose.

Tell us how you sell today and what is holding you back. We’ll reply with a first assessment of the problem and, if it’s a fit, set up a diagnostic call.
