Before you spend on code or another tool, know what you have.
An audit of your tools, data and processes, and a clear plan for what to build first.
Systems map. The audit lays out which tools exist, which data moves between them and where it breaks.
Your business sells, but nobody has the full picture. The CRM says one thing, the payment gateway another and the bank a third. That happens because the stack was never designed. It piled up: a form here, a CRM there, three automations someone set up on a Friday afternoon.
We map how information moves through your business, where it breaks and what depends on a single person. You leave with a map of what you have, what it costs you and a roadmap ranked by business impact, not by whichever tool is trending.
It is the first step of any project with us, and what you get is yours even if we don’t continue: you can run it with your own team, another provider or us.
What we usually hear before we start. Two or three of these are already worth a look.
- Every tool gives you a different number and you don’t know which is right
- Nobody has a complete map of your integrations
- An automation fails and you find out days later
- Every new tool adds work instead of removing it
- Some processes only make sense to one person
- You pay for subscriptions nobody is sure you still use

Tool map
An inventory of every platform: who uses it, what data it touches and what it costs per month.
From lead to student
How a lead, a payment or a sign-up moves between systems, step by step.
Process map
What your team does by hand, what is automated and where time gets lost.
Points of failure
Integrations without error alerts, critical dependencies and data with no backup.
One real number
Which system owns each critical record: contacts, sales, payments and access.
90-day roadmap
What to build first, in what order and how it pays back against what you spend today.
Interviews and access
We talk to whoever sells, whoever collects payments and whoever touches the tools, and ask for read-only access to what you use.
Systems map
Which tools exist, which data moves between them and what depends on a single person.
Where it breaks
Numbers that don’t add up, fragile integrations, manual work and subscriptions nobody uses.
Priorities
We rank what to fix or build by impact on your business, not by whichever tool is trending.
Roadmap handover
A document that is yours, with the map, what it costs you and the 90-day plan, even if we don’t continue together.
- Systems and data map
- Current process map
- Risks and points of failure
- Documented target architecture
- 90-day roadmap
- Walkthrough session with your team

Control
Your team knows which system owns each piece of data and you can trust what you see.
Priorities
You invest first where the bottleneck costs you the most.
Spend under control
You spot duplicate tools and redundant automations before renewing them.
Another question?
Tell us your case in two lines and we will answer with an honest recommendation, including when it does not pay off.
Request a systems auditWhat happens after the audit?
You get the architecture and the roadmap, and the decision is yours. You can execute it with your own team, another provider or us. If we keep working together, the roadmap becomes the scope of the first project, at a fixed price per phase.
Do you need access to all of our tools?
To map things properly, yes, with read-only permissions wherever the platform allows it. Credentials are shared through a password manager, never over chat or in documents.
Is it worth it if we already have someone technical?
Yes, and it usually moves faster. We bring an outside view of the whole operation, not just the code, and leave your CTO or your team with a map and clear priorities to work from.
What if a freelancer or an agency already let us down?
The audit is built for that. We put in writing what exists, what fails and what is needed, so you don’t start blind with anyone, us included. And because everything is documented, you don’t depend on whoever built it.
Tell us how you sell today and what is holding you back. We’ll reply with a first assessment of the problem and, if it’s a fit, set up a diagnostic call.
